list with any other entities or individuals -- strict
confidentiality is always maintained.

at any time -- no questions asked!

We know that you're busy and
don't want tons of email messages. That's why we try
very hard to limit the number of messages we send out -- we
try to limit our messages to a single monthly e-newsletter
(which, by the way, contains different information than our
printed monthly chapter newsletter). We also
occasionally send out special notices, invitations, etc., if
they are time-sensitive and cannot wait until our next
monthly newsletter.

Because we use Constant Contact
for our email service, we must adhere to their rules to
avoid sending spam and other unnecessary messages.
Also, that service allows you to define which "interest
categories" you are interested in receiving messages on from
us. At the bottom of each message, a link is provided
that allows you to modify your list of "interest
categories".
